– average days on market to sell a home was comparable at 50 days in 2015 to 48 days in 2014
– average sold price sellers were getting ever so slightly increased in 2015 to 96.8% from 96.5% in 2014

As of the end of 2015, 224 single familyhomes, 283 townhouses and 140 condos sold, with 10 short sales and 19 foreclosures in the 20850 zip code.
Many Rockville neighborhoods were active, such as Americana Centre, Decoverly and King Farm.
