– average sold price as of the end of 2015 was $992,981 compared to $1,034,055 in 2014
– average days on market to sell a home increased to 71 days in 2015 from 67 days 2014
– average sold price sellers were getting saw little change from 95.3% in 2014 to 95.5% in 2015

As of the end of 2015, 479 single family homes, 117 townhomes and 6 condos sold, with 12 short sales and 9 foreclosures in the Potomac real estate market.
