Germantown Home Sales in February 2016

Germantown home sales  saw the following changes in February 2016, compared to last year at this time:
– average sold price  in February 2016 was $280,953 compared to last year’s $268,890
– average days on market to sell a home decreased to 75 days in February 2016 from 77 days in February 2015
– average sold price sellers were getting saw no significant change from 94.1% in  2015 to 95% in 2016

In February 2016 there were 8 single family homes, 41 townhouses and 16 condos sold.
Many Germantown neighborhoods have been active, such as Churchill Town Sector, Gunners Lake Village and Germantown Estates.
