Clarksburg home sales saw the following changes in 2015 compared to last year at this time:
– average sold price at the end of 2015 was $441,057 compared to last year’s $430,057
– average days on market to sell a home increased slightly to 54 days in 2015 from 53 days in 2014
– average sold price sellers were getting saw little change from 97.9% in 2014 down to 97.5% in 2015.

As of the end of 2015, 153 single family homes, 198 townhouses and 62 condos sold, with 11 short sales and 14 foreclosures in the 20871 zip code.
Many Clarksburg neighborhoods have been active, such as Arora Hills, Clarksburg Village and Clarksburg Town Center.

The most expensive home that sold was a custom built stone colonial on over 8.5 acres in Clarksburg Outside. It sold for $1,180,000 in October.
