Electronics Recycling, Household Donations, Shredding and Dumpster DAY- Rain or Shine!


Saturday, SEPTEMBER 24 FROM 8 AM TO 11 AM

At Clarksburg Village Shopping Center parking lot at the corner of Snowden Farm Parkway and Newcut Road

DONATE CLOTHES, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS & FURNITURE:

Infants 0-6 months: gently used clothing and baby items (no car seats or pack and plays please) to benefit Baby’s Bounty

Clothing and other items will be collected and distributed to local charities by St. Anne’s Episcopal Church.

DONATE NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS

Bargain Movers will bring your food items to Manna Food Center

RECYCLE YOUR ELECTRONICS:

Laptops, towers/desktops, cell phones, power supplies and back-ups, any device with a metal case, computer boards, TV boards & other electronic parts, homes phones, printers, scanners, desk copiers, flat screen monitors, keyboards, speakers, mice, any device made with a plastic case, No CRT monitors or tube TV’s.

DUMPSTER FOR YOUR JUNK:

We will have two dumpsters for you to get rid of items that are too far gone to donate.  Please be prepared to load into the dumpster yourself. (sorry, no paint, yard waste, flammable items, tires, appliances or paper recyclables)

SHRED YOUR SENSITIVE PAPERS & MORE:

A shredding station, courtesy of The Shred Mill, will take papers, books and magazines and shred and recycle the material.

From 270 take Route 27 North, go left on Little Seneca Parkway, you will see Harris Teeter on your left.

From Clarksburg Town Center or Clarksburg Village: take Snowden Farm Parkway turn left on Newcut Road, Clarksburg Village Center is at the circle.

From Boyds, take 121 past Clarksburg Town Center, go right on Snowden Farm Parkway, continue past Stringtown Road to Little Seneca Parkway at the circle.
