Clarksburg Maryland has been waiting and the time is almost here! Grocery and other shopping has broken ground in Clarksburg Village, just around the corner from Arora Hills. Located at the intersection of Newcut Road, Little Seneca Parkway and Snowden Farm Parkway, it will be home to approximately 110,000 square feet of retail facilities.
No longer will the only nearby shopping or dining options be in Germantown or Damascus to serve the daily needs of Clarksburg communities. You can click here to see the site plan for Clarksburg Village Center.
Harris Teeter is going to be the anchor of the center. No other tenants could be confirmed at this time by the developer, but at least 8 spaces have signed leases, with leasing opportunities still available – both inline and pad sites. A bank, dry cleaner and gas station are also possible tenants of the center. NV Retail is handling leasing and the center is managed by Metro Management Services.
With all of the building that continues in Clarksburg, this convenient shopping and dining location will be a welcomed and needed addition.
